Finally my Felica is perfect. No more waving borders.
And today I taped one solarigrafia camera in front of police-station. One policeman came and asked what I was doing. It was quite interesting to explain how solarigrafia works. Policeman was a bit confused about this "camera". The most important thing was that it was ok to leave the camera where I put it.
